What to Submit

To ensure your project is eligible for judging during the IslanderHack Expo and Finalist Presentations, please make sure your Devpost submission includes all of the following required materials before 11:59 AM on Saturday:

• Devpost Project Submission: Complete all required project details and team member tags on the devpost page.

• GitHub Repository Link: Provide a link to your public GitHub repository containing all project code built during the hackathon.

• README File: Include a detailed README in your GitHub repository and paste the text into your Devpost description covering project overview, problem statement, hardware/software stack, and instructions to run your project.

• Live Demo Link: Provide a link to your deployed web app, dashboard, API endpoint, or project demonstration.

• Video Recording of Live Demo: Attach a link (YouTube, Vimeo, or Loom) to a 3-minute video showing your working prototype and feature walkthrough.

• Slide Deck: Link or upload the slide deck (PDF or Google Slides/Canva link) used for your pitch and presentations.
